What payment options do you accept for online purchases?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for online purchases. We also accept Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Corporate Checks, and Personal Checks if you are submitting an order via mail. All orders submitted via mail using any of these check payment options must be made payable to Gotta Have It For Less. 

RETURNS 

Have confidence in ordering with HandheldHaven.com, if you are dissatisfied with ANY of our products, you may return the item for a full refund within 15 days of receiving merchandise less shipping costs. In the event that you need to return a product, please email us at customerservice@handheldhaven.com for return instructions. Returns on items will be accepted within 15 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges. In addition our items carry a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund should you wish to make a return. We do not give refunds for return shipping costs.
