RETURNS

 

Have confidence in ordering with HandheldHaven.com, if you are dissatisfied with ANY of our products, you may return the item for a refund within 15 days of receiving merchandise less shipping costs. In the event that you need to return a product, please email us at customerservice@handheldhaven.com for return instructions. Returns on items will be accepted within 15 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges. In addition our items carry a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund should you wish to make a return. We do not give refunds for return shipping costs.

 

WARRANTIES

 

All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by Handheld Haven. Handheld Haven is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are reported defective within 15 days of receipt will be replaced or refunded if possible. Claims reported after 15 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Handheld Haven at no charge.

 

Damaged Merchandise

 
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

 

TAXES

 

HandheldHaven.com does NOT charge sales tax for orders placed outside of Pennsylvania! If you order within the state of Pennsylvania, you will be charged an additional 6.0% for sales tax.

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

Since we attempt to process orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please email customerservice@handheldhaven.com to cancel an order.

If you are not completely satisfied with your HandheldHaven.com purchase, you may return it to Gotta Have It For Less Inc., if it complies to the requirements of our return policy.
